Wing foiling

Flying over the lagoon on a foil, with a wing in your hands. Wing foiling — holding an inflatable wing while riding a board on a hydrofoil — works in lighter wind than kitesurfing, and the lagoons are a good place to learn. Lessons start on a big board in the shallows; some schools tow you behind a boat to get the feel of the foil.
