Mama Mia

Nungwi's most popular sunset spot: cocktails, a daily DJ and gelato. Right on the main west-facing strip of Nungwi beach, Mama Mia is a pizzeria, cocktail bar and gelateria in one — running since 2016, freshly refurbished, and one of the busiest places on the beach at sunset. A DJ plays every afternoon into the evening while the sun goes down, and there's gelato from its own gelateria to take away.
